Stacie Phylicia is an author, executive HR leader and coach who helps leaders grow and teams work better together. Driven by her passion for veterans, she helps turn military leadership into corporate impact. She brings 30+ years of military and corporate executive HR leadership across the U.S. Army and Fortune 500 organizations.

Stacie is the author of The Next Shift and the SPBS series of practical workbooks for leaders, veterans and growing businesses. She holds an MBA and an MA in Human Resource Management, is a Certified DISC Consultant, and is completing a Doctor of Business Administration focused on steward leadership. Strategic People & Business Solutions, LLC is a veteran-owned company.
